  • Líbilo se mi zařízení, klid a pořádek, výborná snídaně.

  • Postrádala jsem fén na vlasy, ten je dnes ve většině hotelů k dispozici.

  • Venku přes noc 6 st. C. V noci probuzen zimou, s velkým úsilím jsem dotahoval škvíry v prohnutých oknech abych je mohl zavřít i na druhou kličku. Tento výkon jistě není v silách uklízeček, pokud někdo okna nedopatřením otevře.

  • Měli jsme apartmán a byl nádherný a útulný. S pobytem jsme byli navýsost spokojeni. Personál hotela vstřícný a velice ochotný. Profíci )))

  • Snad jedině zoufalý výběr TV kanálů v televizorech na pokojích.

  • - poloha hotelu - zarizeni pokoje - dobre informavani a velmi ochotni pracovnici recepce

  • - v dobe konani RFP by navstevnici jiste uvitali posunuti casu snidane az do 10.hodiny (aktualne 7-9) - zaskocila nas o vikendu zavrena lobby kavarna/restaurace - detaily jako problematicky oteviratelna okna na pokoji…

  • Úžasně milé recepční (dámy;)

  • ..recepční (chlapec) by se měl naučit usmívat a být trochu empatický, když už je na takové pozici.. ;)

  • Budova i interiér nutno přizpůsobit dnešním standardům. Budova a interiér odpovídá lepší ubytovně - neodpovídá ceně. Tekla rezavá voda i po odtočení. SAT příjem nedělají 3 německé programy se špatnou/mizernou kvalitou. Ventilátor v koupelně připomínal vzlet vrtulníku. Při sprchování se střídaly intervaly teplé a studené vody. Zřejmě pokrokový přístup k otužování populace
